Cancellation & Postponement
Policy
Event or Meeting Space Bookings canceled 30 days or fewer prior to the event date are non-refundable. Events booked within 30 days of the event date are also non-refundable.
Conference Room Booking or Corporate Bookings cancelled less than 24 hour notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of our Above The Wave Events Calendar, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments are forfeited.
If an event is postponed, services pause until a new date is confirmed. Payment schedules may be adjusted accordingly.
